"Do It All Over Again" is the debut single by British pop vocalist Elyar Fob. The song was released in the U.k. every bit a digital download on 10 January 2014 equally the lead single from his debut studio album.
Music video [edit]
A music video to accompany the release of "Do It All Over Once again" was starting time released onto YouTube on 10 December 2013 at a total length of three minutes and thirty-3 seconds.[2] The video shows Elyar performing the track in a massive aircraft hangar, while fans upload videos of themselves to YouTube dancing to the song. It references his own journeying from performing covers on YouTube from his bedroom to filming a major label music video.[three]
Groundwork [edit]
Talking to Digital Spy about the premiere of his song he said, "I was a little bit nervous, Plain I was confident about it because I similar the vocal because I wrote it, only I was similar, 'What is anybody going to retrieve?'". Talking about the vocal he said, "It's pop with a bit of the guild element, but it still has guitars in as that's my roots. The rest of the album has different sides to information technology as such. There'southward an acoustic reggae side and and then there's a slightly edgier stone side to it."[3]
Disquisitional reception [edit]
Alexandra Pattinson of Fortitude Mag gave the vocal a positive review:
"A bouncing bassline and innocent pop vocals are the principal focus of the rail but there is a strong beat behind it provided by synths and electronics. 'Do It All Over Again' is a great catchy popular rails that will no doubt be the commencement big guild smash of side by side year. With a bit more of an urban border than other artists in his age range, Elyar Flim-flam could have just enough individuality to survive the tough industry."[4]
Robert Copsey of Digital Spy gave the song a negative review stating:
"18-year-quondam rising star Elyar Fox has been on our radar for quite some time now, but if we're honest, we're not entirely sure about his prospects every bit 2013's breakout deed. It could be because in that location are already plenty of other above-average male artists already dominating the charts, or maybe it'due south because he'southward nonetheless another new artist to exist discovered via the medium of YouTube; a backstory that feels a little as well '2012' for our liking.
